I love Chili Crab.Yesterday I ate just about the best Chili Crab I've ever tasted!I went to 'Lee Do Restaurant' with my family and we ordered crab.I thought that the crab would be a "normal" sized crab but when the dish came out,the crab was like big lah!Not giant but large,compared to the usual Chili Crab.
My father poked his chopsticks into the sauce and took out a lump of CRAB ROE!I quickly chope the middle crab shell...The crab "head".Lucky I remember to do that or else my sister would have taken it.So NICE because you know what?The shell was filled with ALOT of CRAB ROE!Soooooooo Yummy!!!!!!!!!
Crab roe is supposed to be packed with cholestrol but who cares?So delicious!
