My Asiasoft passport was suspended due to repeated input of invalid password. WHAT THE HELL. Not a problem right because they will send me a revalidation e-mail and I'll simply click on the link and voila! Done!
NOT!!! I kept on trying to make them send me the revalidation e-mail, password and even login ID but NOTHING! NADA! ZILCH! What is this?? I didn't receive any e-mail from Asiasoft. When my passport was suspended, I started freaking out cuz MY AUDITION ACCOUNT WAS ALSO SUSPENDED! Now I cannot log in to Audi. Damn freaking angry larh.
Somemore I charge my 30K A' cash to wrong account. It's alright because I can send gift to my main account... But now I cannot log in to my account. I would call their hotline but the problem is...THEY DON'T HAVE ONE! Wa lao...
My friends said that I can go to a Customer Service Counter to resolve this issue. Don't really know where it is leh... Is it at Funan IT Mall or the Dhoby Gaut there? The forum that I read on Asiasoft (featuring many pissed off Maplers) said that there was a CSC at Suntec City, Level 3 My.Playground. I don't know and I'm really worried. What if the people at the CSC also cannot unsuspend my account? I'm damn freaked out because on the Audition website, they said that Hackers who hack in the game will get suspended and if they don't verify their identity within 90 days, the whole account will be deleted. Thing is I'M NOT A HACKER!!! ASIASOFT BLATANTLY REFUSED TO SEND ME THE PASSWORD FOR MY ACCOUNT! I'm really worried that they will delete my account lor.
It is a glitch seriously. I clicked "request login ID" for my old account and requested the login ID to be sent to my e-mail. Also nothing. Asiasoft should seriously provide a customer helpdesk because when I e-mailed them for help, I didn't get a reply. How to communicate like that?
This Friday I'm following my friends to the CSC supposedly at Dhoby Gaut. I really really will beg them to unsuspend my account. If not I will break down right there and then. I swear I will.
